What's New
If a family member of friend suddenly collapses, you can call "9-1-1" and perform Hands only CPR to help save their life. Or if out in public during the COVID-19 Pandemic all you have to do is compressions and no mouth to mouth breaths.

Good Hand washing helps prevent the transmission of germs. Rub your hands with soap and water, front and back, & under nails for 20 seconds. Rinse with water, If possible use a paper towel to turn off non-automatic faucets. Dry hands thoroughly.
