Debbie McCabe RN, BSN Educator started Safety Basics in 2009 in St. Louis, MO.  We are an American Heart Association Community Training Site under Mercy Hospital St. Louis Training Center. Currently we are offering American Heart Association new Heartsaver or Basic Life Support Instructor classes or renewal Instructor classes.

Debbie is a nationally certified Child Passenger Safety Technician/Instructor in the St. Louis area and provides child safety seat checks for parents by appointment and teaches the National Child Passenger Safety curriculum.
